Being able to place the T1 ring using holo projector

The Reality

The holo projector is only able to place the front part but not the rings.
Using more than 1 holo projector just builds the inner T2 and T3 rings.

Your Proposal

Please fix.

Adding on, I've also put in points for the first upgrade and the holo projector is still not working.
