Add some (probably lategame) way to enhance player with a screwdriver to allow configure circuits without having a screwdriver in inventory.

Add a way to configure circuits with bare hands to eliminate requirement for a screwdriver in the inventory at lategame:

Thaumic horizons has a self infusion mechanics, so probably installing a screwdriver into my hand can be done via self infusion ๐

Not everywhere i can use ghost circuits. I often find myself in situations where I need to put a circuit into a controller, or put more than one circuit into an input bus. In this case, I still need to configure the schematics in my inventory, and pulling a screwdriver out of my backpack to do so feels like an unnecessary step (in lategame).
This doesn't happen often, ghost circuit solves most problems, but still.
