ME p2p tunnels online and linked, should transmit channels but devices connected to them are showing as missing channels.

The Reality

ME p2p tunnels online and linked. Noticed issue on 2.7.0, when interface wouldn't come online, and smart cable was stuck at 12 channels instead of 13. Updated to 2.7.1 and now most ME p2ps are not sending any channels at all. Still showing online and connected though. Attached screenshot of previously working p2p connection.

Have p2ps send channels properly.

I seem to have resolved it by breaking and replacing the cable at the ME p2p I set up for quantum rings. The only things using channels from that p2p were a set of eu p2ps and a fluid interface for oganesson for a void miner.
