in the "Tier12 - UMV" Tab there is the quest for Universium named "Finally, Universium!". this quest say "Congrats! You can now move on to UXV tier". this is no longer true in 2.7.
Universium is a part of UXV components, you can make MCSMI parts but not uxv motors, pump, conv, ....

Your Goal

My goal is to move this sentence from the quest "Finally, Universium!" to the quest just bellow named "Magnetic Monopole Matter"

Your Vision

In 2.7.1, Magmater is the gate to UXV components.
