We already have many tools to do the same thing, like the ender collector, obsidian pipes, vacuum hopper... I'm not opposed to it but we don't need it

This things COLLECT items from ground. This block like a "Solegnolia" from Botania, not another one hopper.

The point of this suggestion is that if some stuff needs dropped items (like think of endoflame and charcoal for example), you don't really want your personal magnet to pick those items up.

This blocks the draconic magnet to pick items in its radius.

I see, so a kind of dislocator jammer for some areas.
