I built the Thermic Heating Device both manually and via hologram projector in order to have a single fluid heater machine

The Reality

After building it both ways the multiblock structure refuses to form. I have even restarted the server to make sure it wasn't lag or a weird one time issue with the machine not forming. This issue even persists in a single player world.

Your Proposal

The Thermic Heating Device shouldn't be an incomplete structure since I did the two ways to build it, both of which did not work.
