To add back in or fix the current script to reward gtaluminium once again.

This did work in 2.6.1 because I have logs of people getting it on my older server. Since 2.7 no one has gotten it.

These achievements worked by doing a nightmarish and extremely laggy check on every single machine operation so it was decided to just kill them.
