When crafting the rune of augmented capacity, it shows it requires buildcraft tanks but also shows Ztones version of tanks as well

The Reality

I tested to see if the Ztone version would be accepted in the craft and it was, so instead of using buildcraft tanks for the augmented capacity players can use Ztone stones instead.

Your Proposal

Remove the ore dictionary tag for Ztones tank blocks so players are required to use the buildcraft tanks.
