Nitric-Leached Monazite Mixture recipe won't run if cerium-rich mixture dust is present

Your Expectation
There are two recipes for Nitric-Leached Monazite Mixture (NLMM):
1 Nitrogenated Monazite Rare Earth Concentrate (NMREC) + 1 water = 1 NLMM
1 NMREC + 3 Cerium-rich Mixture Dust = 2 NLMM
The recipe using cerium-rich mixture dust to double does not run in a multiblock mixer, and if the mixer has any cerium-rich dust in it it refuses to start at all. The recipe does work in a singleblock, however.
