Mouse cursor offset for only NEI custom diagrams

Trying to see the top most icons / recipes in the nei gregtech custom pages for example the link to the full list of circuits diagram

The Reality

The mouse and cursor has a large offset which doesn't allow you to click on anything in the top parts of the page. linked picture is an example. cursor is at the cross when its saying its further down. The issue is only on the pages listed as 'NEI custom diagram' everything else works as normal
