Your Expectation

Add some amount of any fluid into a Ender tank. Add some same fluid into the Iron Tank.
Place Ender Tank in the input slot of an formed Iron Tank, and drain fluid from Ender Tank with a same channel (through any way, e.g. just turn the button, or use a GT pipe&pump) into the Iron Tank.

The total fluid amount shall remain same.

The Reality

The fluid amount in the Iron Tank keeps growing while fluid amount in the ender tank does not decrase at all.

Your Proposal
