The Nanosuit boots of the traveler snap the player back and forward and move so fast that all you see is a blur.
The Reality
Speed and snapping is too fast
Your Proposal
Stop snapping from one location to the other a put speed back to what it supposed to be.

I am going to interpret this as your boots are currently at their fastest speed option.
there is a Jump and Speed toggle that needs to be bound in your controls.
The mod category is Thaumic Boots and I believe the setting is modulate speed and modulate jump respectively.
You can cycle between 0->25%->50%->75%->100% (and then it loops back to 0) speed/jump effectiveness.
Unless I am interpreting "snapping" as an actual bug. I am currently playing on 2.7.2 and have not experienced something similar.
When I got on after updating to 2.7.2 I figured out that it was keybinded and It worked fine but the next time I got on I was snapping from one end of my base to the other and back again.
I think I might have an idea of what the problem is maybe my world got slightly corrupted when I updated the server from 2.3.0. But I would think that there would be more corrupted than this
