Trapdoors adjacent to pipes should stay "down" after exiting and re-entering a world
The Reality
When placed adjacent to fluid/items pipes, trapdoors reset their state ("open" if "closed") upon world load. If a trapdoor is placed, it will remain as such. If a trapdoor is placed and right-clicked, upon exiting and reloading the world, it will revert to its default "open" state.
This happens for both vanilla, Natura, and Malisis trapdoors.
Your Proposal
Trapdoors should remain "closed" even after properly exiting and reloading a world save if they're adjacent to pipes.
