[Bug]: I was building the builder's hut while talking to the npc and accepting the quest the game crashed and my world is not showing in the game anymore

- I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
- I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
- I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)

[Bug]: I was building the builder's hut while talking to the npc and accepting the quest the game crashed and my world is not showing in the game anymore
Steps to reproduce the issue
have no items only the builder hut, talk to npc try to build it and accept a quest, crash, happened once then my world disappeared so i cant do it again i want my world again :(
Additional Information
For what it might be worth, I had this issue too, where the game crashed doing the exact same thing as you described, and then I wasnt able to join the world ever again. Any time i'd try, it would say something along the lines of 'invalid player data' and kick me out to the multiplayer menu. The singleplayer world disappears after this until next launch.
Anyway, I had to start a new world after updating all the mods in the pack, and the issue hasn't happened thus far, that might help. I've gotten a lot further in this save so I really hope that doesn't happen.
