[Bug]: Can't Vein Mine Modded Ores

Describe your issue

Vein mining no longer works for Forge Ores as of 1.6a and 1.6b.

This is a bug caused by Railcraft Reborn in 1.1.3 due to Saltpeter not being tagged correctly. #208
This has been fixed in 1.1.4.
Please update Railcraft Reborn to 1.1.4.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Add vein mining to any pickaxe and attempt to mine modded ores, such as lead or zinc.
