[Bug]: Server Files not working

General Info
- I didn't add any mods
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
- I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
- I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
- I am using the latest version of the modpack

Describe your issue
I am able to launch into the game through my minecraft launcher, however the server files are failing to launch when running the run.bat file. I have other forge servers on my host rig that work fine, but when the mods in this pack are added the server will not launch.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or know of any fixes?

Click run.bat in the server files that are downloaded
