0.1.5.1 Overworld: Sifting is giving nether diamonds (moved from Subsistence Repo)

when I sift in the overworld, I get nether diamonds, not diamonds (was from either gravel or sand, can't remember for sure). I suspect I'm supposed to be getting diamonds.
