Server install.sh not working

Bug Description

When I execute the 'install.sh' file in the server folder
it outputs an error of"
java.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
Installing server to current directory
A problem installing the server was detected, server install cannot continue"

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unsure did not use modpack in other versions

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Run the command 'sh Install.sh' when in the modpack directory

  • Crash Log:
