[Bug]: Attempting to launch the pack results in a JVM error.

General Info
- I didn't added any mods
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
- I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
- I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
- I am using the latest version of the modpack

Describe your issue
Attempting to launch the pack results in a JVM error that reads:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine
Error: A fatal error has occurred. Program will exit.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Click play in Curseforge. 2. Click Play in the Minecraft Launcher
Additional Information
N/A; Crash occurs before Minecraft can load, meaning there are no crash reports or logs.
I've tried downloading it through Curseforge, as well as downloading the latest ZIP and running that independently. Both created the issue.
