Add Open Parties and Claims

I would like to be able to claim specific chunks for a party of people and also be able to force load some of them.
Adding "Open Parties and Claims" would solve this and it has direct integration for Xaero's Minimap and World Map.
FTB Chunks would be an alternative but this does not have integration with the existing map and would in fact replace them.
