[BUG] Mirion will not alloy in the tinkers forge.

Description of the Bug

Mirion alloy will not form from the ingredients in the forge.

Expected Behaviour

According to JEI the materials should alloy to mirion when combining terrasteel, elementium, cobalt, manasteel, and glass/sand in the forge and it does not.

It appears it was never fixed for lite.
