Mobs that spawn on the moon have op stats. McJtyMods/InControl#157

I've not seen this bug apply in my testing.
And things on the moon are supposed to be very powerful, as you probably know, most of them will oneshot you with improper protection.
If you can get me some evidence of this Bug occuring, then please do.
