Description of Suggestion

According to the Forge changelog there is a fix for log4j in the latest 1.12.2 version. This fix is required to use the latest version of sponge for 1.12.2 on a multiplayer server.

How does this improve the experience?

Updating the forge version used in the pack will fix security vulnerabilities related to log4j and allow for users to use this modpack with the latest version of sponge.

I have determined that the latest stable version of spongeforge which is compatible with this modpack is v7.4.4. While it is vulnerable, it appears you can still use this version until the modpack is updated.
