Currently, only vanilla paths and concrete affect movement speed.

I suggest adding speed multipliers to the following blocks:

• Concrete (chipped)
• Rebar Concrete
• Steel catwalk (+floor grating, +catwalk stairs, +raised steel catwalk)
• Stone Path (rechiseled)

Describe alternatives you've considered
just sprinting around the base, ignoring that speed increasing mechanic exists
