The rftools spawner is overlooked by many players, while using it to spawn shulkers is a great option to get shells.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a quest for the rftools spawner. Adding an empty syringe and a matter beamer to the requirements would make sense. Maybe even a matter beamer as reward.

Leave as is, miss out on spawning options

Should only be added after #141 is completed.
