Describe the bug
Basically, two of the three ore dusts (the pulverized ingot equivalent), Tungsten and Titanium, smelt down to the actual ore block instead of the ingot. These ores can then be broken down into multiple dusts, allowing for infinite proliferation. This only applies the the Dungeon Tactics version of the dust, but this can be obtained by crafting it into 9 small piles of dust, then recrafting them into the full dust. The dust can also be converted though various ore dictionary changing machines.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search JEI for "@Dungeon dust"
2. Look at the uses for either tungsten or titanium dust
3. Look at any smelting category
4. See incorrect recipe

Expected behavior
Ore dust should instead smelt to ingot, as this is how mods normally do things. Best way to do this is use crafttweaker to remove the dust smelt to ore recipe, and then add a smelting recipe to smelt to ingot instead.

Additional context
I also have psi added on my copy of eternal, but this should not be effecting the recipe in any way, as I haven't touched any of the crafttweaker scripts, and highly doubt there is a specific integration between psi and dungeon tactics.
