[BUG] Fluid Duplication Exploit

Description of the Bug

The Unending Bowl can duplicate any fluid when used on any fluid container (Experience Obelisk works as well) from Ender IO.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get an Unending Bowl
  2. Fill an Ender IO fluid tank with any amount of any fluid
  3. Use the bowl on the tank
  4. Watch as the tank is filled to maximum capacity

Expected Behaviour

  1. Bowl is acquired
  2. Tank is filled with one bucket of fluid
  3. Bowl is used on tank
  4. Bowl does not fill the tank to maximum capacity

Extra Info

There may be other fluid tanks that work with this, Ender IO is just the one I tested. You can also automate the duplication process with a Mechanical User.
