[BUG] bewitchment.cfg won't load on case-sensitive filesystems

Description of the Bug
The mod will create another Bewitchment.cfg with all default settings and won't load the original bewitchment.cfg if running on a case-sensitive filesystem.
Expected Behaviour
The mod should load the original bewitchment.cfg and no creation of Bewitchment should happen.
