Description of Suggestion

Currently used configuration uses biome whitelist in conjunction with dimension whitelist, resulting in conflicting (and non-functioning) behavior - proposed changes would dictate only a biome whitelist be used with the appropriate biome being specified for "The Beneath" while omitting usage of the dimension ID whitelist.

How does this improve the experience?

Proposed changes would result in proper expected behavior of the "Grue" mod.
