there is a start-up crash.

This is the type of issue where a Crash Report is necessary, if you cannot get that, we cannot help you.
If you're getting a crash screen with Suspected Mods, there is a file name which you can click on to open the crash report, from there, please put the contents into a Paste Service of some sort (such as https://paste.gemwire.uk/ or https://paste.ee/), save it, and copy the new URL after saving.
