[BUG] User crashing when opening a chest

Description of the Bug
I am a server owner, and I was using the original server pack that was shared on Github to run my serer for my friends and one particular user kept crashing each time she opens a chest. I thought it would be resolved with the new server pack and updates, but I did a complete wipe and installed the new server pack and all the users downloaded fresh clean installs of MCE2 from Curse, but this one user keeps crashing when she opens a chest inevitably making the game unplayable for her. Issue is not happening in single player, nor is it happening for any other user playing on the server.
Expected Behaviour
- Open chest
- Take items
- Continue playing
