Structure Frames Tier 2 use a Data Orb in their recipe, which is made out of eight Data Storage Circuits and one Data Control Circuit
Structure Frames Tier 3 use a Data Control Circuit in the same place (or the Elite Control Circuit, but that is irrelevant).

It feels like those two components should be switched, so that Tier 2 uses circuitElite and Tier 3 uses the Data Orb.

The Data Orb and Data Control Circuit will be swapped in the next release. Thanks for the suggestion!
