There is an crafting recipe for "Black Quartz Block" from Thaumic Tinkerer with 4 "Smokey Quartz" FROM Botania OR Thaumic Tinkerer
And thats the Problem ... there is also a "Block of Smokey Quartz" from Botania which has the same crafting recipe.

It is not possible to craft the Black Quartz Block from Thaumic Tinkerer since everything ends up in the Botania version.
