Description:
I can't make electrical steel without using the alloy blast smelter, which requires me to get to EV.

Expected Behavior:
There should be a way to make electrical steel while in MV.

Steps To Reproduce:
Try to make electrical steel without first having the alloy blast smelter.

The alloy blast smelter is a multiblock from an addon to GTCEu called Gregicality Multiblocks. Nomifactory uses neither of those mods, and electrical steel is made in an alloy smelter.

If you are actually playing Nomi-CEu, you should report issues to that project's tracker. With that said, if your reported version is accurate, you are on an extremely out of date version of Nomi-CEu and I would suggest playing on a more current stable release to determine if it's still a problem before bothering to report an issue to them.
