Apatite Ore and Salt Ore have the same recipe using Omnipennies.

Rock Salt and Phosphor ores also share a recipe

Cobalite gregtech:ore_cobaltite_0 and Sapphire gregtech:ore_sapphire_0 are also conflicting and gives sapphire.

For the moment you can use a Forestry worktable to get around recipe conflicts.
