At no point it is mentioned that the CEF will not output EU from the internal batteries unless it is receiving RF at the same time - the quest "Putting it all together" says that it "has a tiny internal buffer"; i was ripping my hairs out for a good half hour why my machines wont get power, and i dont think im the only one... Thanks and keep it up, really enjoying your pack so far!
