Deuterium nerf from Hydrogen makes Fusion Reactors Unsustainable

I'm assuming this was done to encourage players to use moon turf to get the modularium in the first place. If this case the case, it might juts be better to hard require modularium to need moon turf, otherwise at the current rates, players would need over 68 EV Electrolyzers to running at `~130k eu/t to keep up with a fusion reactor.
The normal rate is 160:40 hydrogen to deuterium, either that or get a new plasma recipe but that also has far reaching chains as well. I never really considered using moon turf for deuterium in the early stages anyways as hydrogen -> water is basically like solar panels and easy to automate/parallelize early on.
