Robotic Arm Settings getting resetted

The "Supply Exact" Option from Robotic Arms is getting resetted to 1 every time the game is restarted (tested in singleplayer, should be the same case after every server restart as well) ... It's important for automatically packaging tiny piles of dust via the Packager for example, making it more complicated than it should be
I'm also having this issue. I expect it's a gregtech issue but I haven't tried running a pure gregtech instance to check.
