Cobalt armor from armorplus not giving buff

Not sure if bug or working as intended, but the cobalt armor from armorplus is not giving the haste 3 buff when the full set is equipped
It's an issue with the mod, a fix is on the way. If you're able to, you can give yourself the effect with a command:
/effect @p minecraft:haste 2 (a very bad fix, I know, but the only one until the mod is fixed).
