Creating Rotors in Assembler/Other things

Creating Tin/Steel(Haven't gotten to other ones yet) rotors in a Assembler requires an Odd amount of Soldering Alloy, 34mb instead of 36mb(doesn't bother me but probably bothers others q.Q, and once you get too automation hah doesn't matter.)

Can we get bending machines at > MV tier ? I understand the use of just the compressor for LV(doesn't require circuits), but beyond that, Bender 4 life.

Cluster Mill, should be a Ingot -> Foil machine, that was the idea behind it in GT5, was too bypass the bender(especially if you had Cleanroom foils that were required, only needing 1 machine + 1 pattern made the machine worth it.)
Edit:
- GT Transformers are not pulling from the "EnderIO" cables that you have added, makes it odd having too cobble together a setup too make it work.
1 - that's vanilla GTCE's recipe and I'm not going to bother changing it
2 - I don't understand why you're asking for a bending machine, it would just have duplicate recipes with compressor
3 - vanilla GTCE again, Arch's choice. I'd have to remove all foil recipes and redo them all for minimal reason, nty
4 - I can't make GT transformers accept RF
