Unable to craft the Last Tier 5 Circuit as it doesn't exist in nei.

Workaround: use the command /bq_admin edit to turn on editing mode. Then go into the questbook to that quest, click on Edit, and drill into Tasks, Retrieval Task, requiredItems List, and the Item, and change the item to the fourth Tier Five circuit. Then use /bq_admin edit again to turn off editing. You'll then be able to detect the correct item.
