Robot arms reset value on restart

Not sure if this is an Omnifactory config issue or a GTCE issue.
Robot arms retain their config values (supply exact) but reset their numerical value back to 1 on each restart.
This is a GTCE issue. Damien can't fix it and they haven't released a new build yet.
This is fixed in subsequent GTCE commits but the new releases of GTCE are incompatible with Omnifactory 1.2.1 (lots of things break if you try to update).
I uploaded a patched GTCE v1.8.4 jar to the Discord general channel that cherry-picks bugfixes from the GTCE repo to fix some nuisance bugs without having pack-breaking changes.
It incorporates the following fixes:
