The quest text talks about needing a Chunk Loading Ward near both telepads to make sure the chunks stay loaded while in the other dimension. This is an unnecessary waste of resources as Claimed Chunks can be used to chunkload for free.

The "Fly To The Moon" quest also mentions the Chunk Loading Ward.
It also suggests that a "local supply of RF power (like a capacitor bank)" is required for the Earth Telepad to function as it assumes incorrectly the player can't just chunkload their base's power generation easily.
