Currently it is only possible to make the fused clear glass and the normal clear glass. Would it be possible to add an alloy furnace recipes for the enlightened (normal and fused) and dark clear glasses?

originals:

• E.normal: quite clear glass + glowstone block
• Dark: black die + sand
• E.fused: quartz block + glowstone block

Yeah I think this is simple enough to do. It's cosmetic items that shouldn't really affect anything else.

If anyone wants to submit a PR for this I'd accept it. Otherwise it's low priority.
