The quest leading to the Ultimate Extended Crafting Table quest has you crafting the Ultimate Catalyst, but the Crafting Table also requires Crystaltine Components, Crystaltine Catalysts and Conflux Catalysts. Non of which are crafted in the preceding questline.

Looking at how the questline visually looks it seems like there was an old recipe where Ultimate Catalysts were the highest level items needed for the craft. Now that the recipe has changed the questline should change with it.
