Phosphor and Gold Dust in a mixer makes 2 glowstone, however centrifuging Glowstone makes 2 small REDSTONE and gold dust, when it should make 2 small phosphor dust and 2 small gold dust.

Omnifactory project says this is "done", but it's still inconsistent (dev branch 05552f7). Is that intended? Not good at the finer points of GitHub yet

To clarify @cha0sbuster, we investigated the issue over a year ago and chose not to change it because we didn't want to make centrifuging glowstone the optimal path for getting phosphor.

If I recall correctly, the latter one is vanilla GTCE. It can be modified for consistency, although it's not a big issue that it allows phosphor->redstone transmutation.

I suspect this conversion was left as-is to prevent circumventing micro miners as the primary source of phosphorous.
