The quest book for OmniFactory 1.2 says "Nether Quartz is found in Quartzite veins in the Overworld, Nether Quartz in an Electrolyzer gives you Crushed Black quartz..." In fact Nether quartz is found in nether quartz ore. Also Crushed quartzite, not nether quartz, in an electrolyzer produces crushed black quartz.
