The current thermal centrifuge is pretty crappy in terms of speed. So maybe give them a buff so that it is more usable.

Thermal Centrifuges are very slow relative to other processing machines, and the primary use case in this pack is for refining raw fissile elements like thorium and uranium. By the time you get there you can make higher tier ones that overclock the recipes more. Operating more of them at a time to parallelize the workload is also advisable to make up for their slower operation.

At MV and HV you can technically use them in ore processing for 3 guaranteed tiny piles (effectively a flat 33% byproduct rate), but at EV and above there's no point in doing that. In 1.2.1 which uses GregTechCE 1.8.4, the base byproduct rate listed in JEI is for MV and it doubles the chance each time you go up a tier of macerator.
