According to #23 and #46 people have voted to keep Realistic Item Drops.

However the mod has a major bug which causes item drops to sometimes get voided. I've reported the issue to the mod author, but looks like the mod itself is dead. This interferes with in-world crafting setups like Atomic Reconstructor from AA, and sometimes just straight up voids items dropped by players (very much noticeable when dismantling multiblocks, changing EBF coils or just sharing items with teammates). It's also been reported over Discord that the mod causes severe FPS/TPS issues due to how it handles things under the hood.

Oooo so that's what happened to all those items that fell out of my storage drawers when I lumberjacked them. +1

This mod was abandoned a good two years ago and has at least two severe bugs, so it shouldn't be in the pack by default.

Feel free to add it back to your instance after updating the pack if this doesn't bother you though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
