Currently, Oil Rigs have a cycle duration of 100 ticks, during which they produce 1000mb of oi and eat 10mb of drilling fluid and a pipe (with probability 0.01), as well as 3500RF/t of power(total of 350KRF).

10mb per tick of oil is a very low amount for a big Modular Machine. Oilsands obtained by coins or microminer are far more profitable. This should probably be buffed significantly, say, to 50mb/t.

Multiple tiers of this Machine can also be introduced, but that's probably overkill.
